Su padre, campanero segundo, tenía allí su vivienda. En esas alturas vivió Sor Bárbara durante 17 años hasta su ingreso en religión. Mística sevillana, muerta en olor de santidad, Sevilla supo de su muerte, la muerte de una santa. Pero anda remolona cuando se la quiere llevar a los altares.
