  • Arnaldo de Límena nació a finales del siglo XII. Fue monje y abad del monasterio benedictino de Santa Justina de Padua en el siglo XIII. Se dedicó a vigorizar espiritualmente la comunidad y promover la vida común de los monjes. Pasó ocho años injustamente en la cárcel durante los que se mantuvo fiel a su vocación de monje, orando y ejerciendo como hombre piadoso y paciente. Murió el 11 de febrero de 1255 en la prisión del castillo de Asolo.
