  • L’estiu de 1789, al pintor Pere Pau Muntanya i a l’arquitecte Francesc Renart els van encarregar tota una sèrie de dibuixos de la muntanya de Montserrat per il·lustrar un llibre de geografia. El llibre no s’acabà publicant, però s’ha conservat un volum considerable de documentació relacionada amb el projecte editorial. Amb tota aquest documentació, Núria Llorens ha anat reconstruint tot el context de l’Àlbum de dibuixos, l’ha analitzat i l’ha descrit. El llibre conté una reproducció fotogràfica de tots els dibuixos de l’Àlbum i els complementa amb il·lustracions procedents de diferents arxius i biblioteques nacionals i internacionals que ajuden a entendre el moment històric i les possibilitats tècniques de l’època.
